Accountant Opportunity at Glos

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team at Glos, a growing business built on positive word of mouth recommendations.

The successful candidate will have accountancy and/or tax experience in a public practice background, with exposure to accounts preparation, corporation tax, personal tax, payroll, bookkeeping, VAT returns, management accounting, and audit.

Responsibilities will include preparing annual accounts, corporation tax returns, and personal tax returns, as well as providing routine payroll, bookkeeping, and audit services. The role may also involve more specialist services such as inheritance tax planning, business valuations, company restructures, and sales.

Study support can be available for part-qualified or qualified candidates. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for accounting, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare annual accounts, corporation tax returns, and personal tax returns
  • Provide routine payroll, bookkeeping, and audit services
  • Assist with inheritance tax planning, business valuations, company restructures, and sales

Requirements:
