About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Regional Recruitment Services. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, cost estimation, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports, including project status updates, financial reports, and other relevant documentation.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective project management and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Quantity Surveyor role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction law, contracts, and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
