Key Responsibilities- Oversee the Life Sciences and Consumer practice area, managing a team of 8 and driving strategy development, new business acquisition, and client delivery.
- Develop improved service offerings based on pipeline projects and new client acquisition, focusing on cost reduction, procurement excellence, supply chain optimization, and operational excellence.
- Spearhead all new business development opportunities within consumer and life sciences sectors, collaborating with the BD team to capitalize on introductions, referrals, and personal networks.

- Strong leadership skills and experience, with a proven ability to grow and develop consultants.
- A track record of business development and generating sales within a consultancy environment, with a minimum of £2M+.
- Strategic mindset and commercial acumen, showcasing a track record of building bespoke service offerings and generating revenue for the practice area.
