Working Hours:

Breakfast Club Session: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, After School Club: Monday to Friday

Pay:

Up to £11.44 per hour (plus Holiday pay)

Contract:

Term Time only

At Junior Adventures Group, we are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Playworker to join our team. As a Playworker, you will be responsible for providing inclusive, fun, and engaging care for children in our Breakfast and After School Clubs.

You will assist with the planning and delivery of activities, including multi-sports, games, arts and crafts, downtime, and structured play. You will also be responsible for ensuring the children's safety and well-being, and for communicating effectively with parents and other team members.

We are looking for someone who is people-focused, warm, honest, and genuine, with a passion for working with children. You should be able to build trust quickly, communicate effectively, and be reliable. If you are a team player who is flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, we would love to hear from you.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children in our care, and all our team members require an enhanced DBS check. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975, 2013, and 2020.
