Role Overview:
Salt, a reputable global food brand, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Media Executive to join their talented team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Social Media Manager in developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily social media operations: Oversee the management of social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Engage with the community: Foster positive interactions and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Content creation: Develop and create high-quality, engaging content in collaboration with internal creatives and external agencies.
- Campaign planning and monitoring: Assist in planning and monitoring social media campaigns to ensure maximum impact.
- Performance tracking and analysis: Track and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Influencer engagement: Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand advocates.
Requirements:
- Experience in social media management: Demonstrable experience in successfully managing social media accounts for a business, preferably in the food/FMCG sector.
- Creative mindset: A creative mindset with the ability to identify and produce engaging content.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Passion for the industry: A passion for cooking is a significant advantage.
