We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Team Member to join our team at NEXT. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service by locating, packing, and promptly processing stock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process stock quickly and to the highest standard, including locating, packing, and transferring stock in and out of store
  • Meet deadlines to deliver stock to customers on time
  • Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy, and organized
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service
  • Work as part of the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.

This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met.

As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment, which will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment.

Our in-store recruitment team will review the successfully completed applications and contact those that match the job criteria closest to arrange an initial interview.

In order to apply for this position, you must not have had an unsuccessful online assessment in the last 6 months.
