Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging and tailored English lessons that meet the diverse needs of students with ASD.
  • Establish a supportive and structured classroom atmosphere that promotes both learning and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and families, to create and execute Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Evaluate and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and adjusting teaching methods to cater to individual requirements.
  • Build positive relationships with students, fostering their confidence, communication abilities, and social skills.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in teaching English.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
