Senior Safety Specialist

Position Overview:
- Responsible for operational oversight to ensure adherence to pharmacovigilance protocols.
- Engages in both internal and cross-departmental collaborations.
- Proactively detects potential issues and formulates effective solutions.
- Contributes to team training initiatives and may facilitate training sessions.
- May oversee complex functional projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manages case handling tasks while providing guidance as necessary.
- Directs training sessions and high-complexity projects.
- Conducts quality assessments of data pertinent to the relevant functional area.

Essential Knowledge & Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High level of attention to detail and precision is essential.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and safety reporting regulations.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of experience with a BA/BS degree, or 4 years with an MA/MS degree.
