We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Support Worker to join our clinical team at Equilibrium Healthcare. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support to our nurses in caring for older individuals with a range of complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Aiding residents in their daily activities, promoting independence, and providing emotional assistance.
- Assisting with personal care and mealtime support while maintaining residents' dignity and privacy.
- Updating residents' care documentation with accurate, detailed, and up-to-date information.
- Experience of working in a care home environment (desirable).
- Care Certificate (desirable).
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (desirable).
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
