The Meetings Simplified Team operates as a centralized sales office dedicated to managing small corporate meeting inquiries for Hilton hotels throughout the UK and Ireland.

In this role, you will engage with clients via phone and email to secure bookings for meeting spaces, enhance conversion rates, and foster repeat business.

Benefits: Attractive starting salary of £23,390 with an uncapped bonus potential. Flexible hybrid working arrangement – two days in the office, with three days working remotely. No weekend shifts and working hours from 09:00 to 17:00. Key Responsibilities:

As a Meetings Simplified Sales Executive, you will manage meeting inquiries for groups of 35 delegates or fewer across various hotels in the UK and Ireland.

Specifically, your duties will include:

- Responding to inquiries for meeting spaces via phone and email, checking availability, and preparing proposals for clients.
- Collaborating with clients to convert inquiries, meet targets, and maximize revenue.
- Managing a high volume of meeting inquiries while adhering to tight deadlines to capture revenue opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with clients to thoroughly understand their requirements.
- Coordinating with different hotels and stakeholders to grasp their strategies and unique selling propositions.
- Ensuring comprehensive administration of all bookings. Candidate Profile:To excel in this position, you should embody the following attributes:
