About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our CUPRA Coventry team. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for the servicing, repair, and diagnostics of all vehicles, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical and mechanical repairs, including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts, and air conditioning servicing
  • Repairs and maintenance on EV and Hybrid vehicles, utilizing electronic diagnostic equipment and focusing on areas such as batteries, drive motor, auxiliary drive pack & control systems
  • Fitting manufacturer accessories and audio equipment
  • Completing all service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards
  • Working closely with other team members to share knowledge and improve processes
About You

We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds with experience in the Automotive sector, including Vehicle Technicians, Mechanics, HGV Mechanics, and MOT Testers. A minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is required. Electric and Hybrid vehicle qualification or certification is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
