Head Resourcing is seeking an IT trainer for a leading charity dedicated to preserving Scotland's natural and cultural heritage. The company's mission is to protect and share the unique landscapes, historic sites, and cultural treasures of Scotland for future generations.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £40k and is based in Edinburgh, with some travel to other sites. A driver's license is an advantage but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and analysis of job functions.
* Deliver hands-on training sessions, workshops, and video tutorials for diverse audiences.
* Develop and update training materials, including manuals and guides.
* Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of end-users.
* Provide ongoing support and follow-up training as needed.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in software training.
* Proven experience in delivering training both face-to-face and remotely.
* Strong experience in creating training materials, including videos.
* Experience of working with contractors and 3rd party providers.
