Job Title: Regional New Homes Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Regional New Homes Director to lead our team in the Medway area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, new homes purchasers, and construction site personnel.
  • Collaborate with peers across divisions and business areas to build networks and relationships, identifying opportunities for referrals.
  • Take ownership of KPIs, income, cost, and profit budgets through effective project management and organization.
  • Manage multiple responsibilities and tasks with ease, ensuring seamless delivery of results.
Requirements:
  • Expert local market knowledge and a proven track record of success within Land and New Homes.
  • Ability to coach and develop an effective team.
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop knowledge and skills to drive career growth within the property industry.
  • Hunger to earn and drive to work hard to reap rewards from dedication.
Benefits:
  • Basic salary up to £40,000.
  • On-target earnings (OTE commission basic) £80,000 plus.
  • Car allowance of up to £4,500.
