Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough fact finds to identify client needs and recommend bespoke mortgage solutions.
- Package mortgage applications from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Analyze credit history and financial information to assess eligibility and identify potential risks.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.
- Achieve minimum KPI requirements and targets, reporting to Senior Team Leaders.
- Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience throughout the mortgage process.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong drive to succeed.
- Desirable: CeMap qualification or equivalent experience.
