Ace Children\u2019s Occupational Therapy Ltd is seeking a skilled Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality OT services to children aged 2-25 years in various settings, including community, schools, homes, clinic, or online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct standard and EHCP OT assessments and write comprehensive reports
- Provide therapy support, guidance, and regular progress reviews
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and records
- Liaise with parents, agencies, and other professionals
- Mentor OT students and adhere to Ace COT policies
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and training
- Ensure awareness of and adherence to Ace COT policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum Band 6 or 7
- BSc Degree in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC accreditation and RCoT membership
- Valid DBS and driving licence
- 2-4 years\u2019 experience in paediatric OT or relevant fields
- Good IT skills and knowledge of GDPR legislation
- Effective communication skills and ability to work autonomously
- Additional qualifications in sensory integration advantageous
- Prior knowledge of standardised assessment tests such as Sensory Profiles, M-ABC, BOT, BEERY, GOAL
