Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at KOL. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing a seamless and efficient service at our bar, ensuring that our high standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to our guests, exceeding their expectations and following our KOL Service Steps.
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our menu, wine list, and cocktails, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Take ownership of your knowledge and learning, consistently striving to improve your skills and performance.
  • Demonstrate integrity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
