We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and oversee our production operations. This role involves conducting root cause analysis and managing the 8D/RMA system.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and executing 8D/RMA initiatives while ensuring adherence to the 8D/RMA process within the engineering team.
  • Creating operational guidelines and equipment specifications for production tasks.
  • Implementing cost-saving strategies while upholding high-quality standards.
  • Monitoring production processes to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Diagnosing production line issues and providing solutions and training to resolve them.
  • Collaborating with fellow engineers to devise plans that enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize labor.
  • Establishing safety protocols that prioritize employee well-being and minimize environmental impact.
  • Staying updated on engineering and production advancements and sharing insights with colleagues.
  • Reviewing and creating documentation for production readiness.
  • Analyzing production processes and recommending improvements.
  • Demonstrating proven experience in the engineering sector.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office applications.
  • A degree or HNC in engineering is required.
  • Hands-on experience with the ability to assemble complex components.
