Company Overview:

Cogent Staffing is currently in search of a skilled Forklift Operator/Warehouse Specialist to support our manufacturing client.

Position: Forklift Operator/Warehouse Specialist

Work Schedule/Compensation:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating shifts: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, and 22:00-06:00
  • Starting wage of £11.50 per hour, increasing to £12.15 upon successful completion of training
  • Weekly payment options available
Primary Duties:
  • Process orders, pick, and pack products
  • Operate forklift for stock movement
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Adapt to various machinery, tools, and materials
  • Interact with multiple departments
  • Load and unload shipments using forklift
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a warehouse setting
  • Valid Counterbalance FLT certification
  • Capability to commute as required
  • Strong communication abilities
Perks:
  • On-site parking available
Employment Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to Perm

Work Schedule:
  • 8-hour shifts, Day shift
