Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Administrator to provide administrative support to our commercial and construction directors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and updating internal databases, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to commercial and construction directors, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage and update internal databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Maintain accurate records, including filing, scanning, and storing documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including directors, managers, and team members.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the construction industry is beneficial but not essential.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £32,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with length in service up to a maximum of 28 days.
