Control Systems Field Service Engineer

We are working with a leading specialist in the supply, design, overhaul, repair, and service support of vacuum furnaces. As a Control Systems Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site corrective/preventative maintenance, routine servicing, breakdown assistance, and carrying out installation and commissioning of PLC/SCADA and control systems on their vacuum furnaces and associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site maintenance and repair services for vacuum furnaces and associated equipment
  • Carry out installation and commissioning of PLC/SCADA and control systems
  • Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance tasks
  • Assist with breakdowns and provide emergency support
Requirements:
  • Experience in maintenance, service, or support of PLC, control systems, and associated electrical equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary between £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
