About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Night Shift Technician to join our team at Rygor Auto. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers' vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform major and minor repairs to vehicles, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance services, including tyre rotation and oil changes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with repair teams to diagnose and plan repairs for vehicles.
  • Record and maintain accurate records of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or Light Vehicle Maintenance.
  • Previous experience as an LCV or HGV technician, with a strong technical background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in using technology to support technical tasks.
