We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Bright Horizons Buckhurst Hill Day Nursery and Preschool. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of early years professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
- Develop and implement engaging learning programs that meet the needs of all children, including those with special educational needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
- Ensure the nursery environment is safe, healthy, and stimulating, with opportunities for children to learn and develop.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working in an early years setting, ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator.
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Safeguarding policies.
- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and children.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
