Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and comprehensive training sessions to apprentices in residential childcare settings, ensuring they gain the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their careers.
  • Develop and implement tailored training programs that meet the needs of individual learners.
  • Assess apprentices' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development as an apprenticeship coach.
  • Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and aligned with industry standards and regulations in residential childcare.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in residential childcare management.
  • Recognised teaching or training qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of apprenticeship standards in residential childcare.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate learners as an apprenticeship coach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement in your role as an Apprenticeship Trainer.
