This role requires adaptability to various shifts, encompassing days, nights, and weekends, without a consistent pattern. Flexibility is essential as coverage in surrounding areas may be necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Possession of an SIA Door Supervisor license
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, and weekends
- Personal transportation is necessary for coverage in nearby locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors and staff
- Managing access and egress control
- Issuing visitor identification passes
- Conducting regular patrols of the premises
- Front-of-house duties
- Monitoring alarm systems from the control room
- Responding to incidents and emergencies
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Performing facility inspections
- Completing required reports and documentation
- Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety regulations
- Following site-specific Assignment Instructions
- Managing emergency situations
