  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
    Recognize potential project risks and formulate effective strategies to ensure successful project delivery and minimize interruptions.
  • Client Engagement:
    Serve as the primary liaison for clients, providing consistent project updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Enforce protocols to guarantee that construction processes comply with specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
  • Financial Oversight:

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess experience as a Senior Site or Project Manager in residential construction, specifically in new build housing and apartment developments. Proficiency in project management software and tools is essential.


Certifications:
Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS are required.
