Job Summary

The Pilot Plant Lead Engineer will be responsible for leading the commissioning and operation of our DAC pilots and future commercial plants. This is a critical role that requires strong technical expertise and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commissioning and Operation
    • Lead the commissioning and operation of our DAC pilots and future commercial plants.
    • Work closely with key manufacturing and project partners to ensure successful plant start-up and operation.
  • Plant Test Campaigns
    • Deliver plant test campaigns to support process development and future plant design.
    • Operate plant equipment and track plant activities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting
    • Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
    • Perform preventative maintenance and repair procedures on electrical and mechanical systems involving production equipment and plant systems.

Key Competencies

  • Technical Expertise
    • Strong working knowledge of PLC and motor controls.
    • Ability to work from schematics and electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Leadership and Communication
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to support plant operations and lead cross-functional teams.

    • Strong HSE knowledge and experience.
    • Ability to develop and instigate company safety and operational procedures.
