About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Hygiene Operative Night Shift. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment in our fast-paced sausage facility.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and utensils to ensure a high standard of hygiene
  • Maintain cleaning supply stocks to ensure a smooth operation
  • Ensure that all open product is removed from the immediate area or covered prior to the use of cleaning chemicals
  • Clean and maintain equipment, including ovens, lines, and meat machines
  • Follow required work instructions and procedures to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Proactively identify and report any issues or concerns related to hygiene and safety
  • Comply with all food safety and quality procedures at all times
