Actuar como un miembro clave de la función de Estrategia, apoyando una amplia gama de departamentos y funciones para asegurar el desarrollo, priorización y ejecución efectiva de las prioridades estratégicas del Club.
RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE
- Desempeñar un papel de Gestión de Proyectos para iniciativas estratégicas clave con flujos de trabajo interfuncionales; incluyendo la definición de iniciativas clave, medición y reporte de progreso.
- Asistir a la dirección en la determinación, documentación y comunicación de prioridades estratégicas alineadas con los objetivos generales del Club.
- Apoyar a los principales interesados en el desarrollo de planes priorizados para cumplir con las prioridades estratégicas y ayudar en la toma de decisiones asociadas.
- Generar y explorar nuevas ideas e iniciativas para el Club, haciendo recomendaciones claras a la dirección.
- Actuar como un defensor de formas de trabajo interfuncionales, creación de planes estructurados y medición del progreso.
- Facilitar la toma de decisiones basada en análisis a través de la producción de análisis cuantitativos y cualitativos detallados comunicados mediante materiales escritos de alta calidad.
- Llevar a cabo y liderar proyectos ad hoc asociados con el apoyo y ejecución de nuevas y existentes prioridades estratégicas, incluyendo la facilitación de la toma de decisiones basada en análisis.

- Dominio de soluciones de Microsoft Office (incluyendo PowerPoint y Excel).
- Experiencia en el desempeño de un papel de Gestión de Proyectos en proyectos con múltiples flujos de trabajo interdepartamentales.
- Capacidad para interpretar datos y resumir de manera efectiva hallazgos clave para una variedad de interesados, tanto internos como externos.
- Experiencia presentando y trabajando con altos directivos e influyendo en resultados.
- Capacidad para planificar, ejecutar y completar de manera efectiva e independiente ejercicios de resolución de problemas detallados que conduzcan a recomendaciones claras.
