This is a key leadership position in the Quality Department, responsible for driving business plan objectives and ensuring the on-time manufacturing of high-quality products.

The Quality Manager will lead employees, plan, and execute work to achieve quality management systems and maintain relevant approvals. The goal is to drive down DPPM and NCR rates to supply chains, improving factory first pass yield.

This role requires a strong focus on quality leadership, with experience in a business manufacturing engineered products. The successful candidate will balance short-term results with longer-term interests and inspire a strong Quality team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Quality Department to achieve business plan objectives
