Salesforce & Systems Project Coordinator – Fixed-term position – Primarily remote – Competitive salary range

A leading global organization is seeking to enhance its team with a Salesforce & Systems Project Coordinator for a fixed-term engagement.

This role is pivotal in managing the deployment, integration, and upkeep of Salesforce alongside other essential business systems. It demands a unique combination of CRM expertise, project oversight capabilities, and commercial insight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight:
    • Direct comprehensive project management for system/CRM deployments, upgrades, and integrations, including the formulation of project timelines, plans, and financial outlines.
    • Collaborate with diverse teams to collect requirements, establish project boundaries, and efficiently allocate resources.
    • Monitor project advancements, handle risks, and relay status updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • System Integration & Upkeep:
    • Guarantee smooth integration between Salesforce and other organizational systems (e.g., ERP, Marketing Automation, Customer Support).
    • Supervise system functionality and resolve issues as they occur.
    • Partner with vendors and external service providers for system improvements and assistance.
  • Training & Assistance:
    • Create and implement training sessions for end-users to promote effective utilization of Salesforce and other systems.
    • Offer continuous support to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Ongoing Enhancement:
    • Keep abreast of Salesforce updates and industry best practices, proposing and executing enhancements.
    • Evaluate business workflows and recommend modifications to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Required Skills:
    • Preferably familiar with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) and/or other CRM platforms.
    • Strong project management capabilities with the aptitude to handle multiple projects concurrently.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and Salesforce administration resources.
