Job Summary
Antony James Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Creative Artworker to join their team. As a Creative Artworker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, visually appealing artwork that meets the company's brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create templated artwork to a high graphical industry standard.
- Develop and source bespoke design elements to meet the needs of specific templates.
- Ensure all work produced meets agreed specifications and stakeholder briefs.
- Manage stakeholder enquiries and expectations in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with marketing teams and manage their expectations.
- Collaborate with the creative team to share knowledge and experience.
- Attend regular team meetings to discuss workflow, operational challenges, and drive improvements.
- Take ownership of individual performance and contribute to the team's success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services firm.
- Excellent time and project management skills, with experience of working on multiple projects under pressure.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- High level of creativity, with the ability to provide innovative solutions to enquiries.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
