Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing the design, fabrication, and installation of commercial glazing projects, including aluminium curtain walling, windows, and doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects ranging in value from £10,000 to £1,500,000
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure installation meets specification and quality standards
- Authorise payments to subcontractors
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver results
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the fenestration market sector
- Strong background in architectural glazing, curtain walling, fire-rated glazing, structural glazing, windows, and doors
- Full UK driving license
- IT literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
