We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agricultural Sales Professional to join our team at Yara International ASA. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our crop nutrition products, digital tools, and services to arable farmers in the specified regions.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with existing customers, and develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and exceed targets.
- Product Knowledge and Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our crop nutrition products, digital tools, and services, and provide expert advice to customers to help them achieve their agricultural goals.
- Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our retail fertilizer business team, including the Head of Crop Nutrition Services, to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Background in Agriculture: A deep understanding of arable farming practices and a proven track record in sales within the agricultural sector, preferably selling fertilizers or related products.
- Commercial Experience: Excellent commercial experience, with a strong focus on sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
- FACTS Qualification: A FACTS qualification is essential, and training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Self-Motivation and Results-Driven: Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about making a difference in agriculture.
- Valid UK Driving Licence: A valid UK driving licence is required.
