Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled NOC Shift Supervisor to join our team at ECS Resource Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing dedicated support to our clients on a 24/7 basis, working closely with the NOC Manager to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the NOC team during assigned shifts, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with the NOC Manager to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, providing after-hours support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a NOC or similar environment, with a strong understanding of network operations and customer support.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
