About the Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Blueprint Recruitment Solutions. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing and networking with potential candidates, and managing the entire recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospect clients, understanding their industry, work culture, and specific needs to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Networking: Utilize various platforms and channels to source and network with potential candidates, headhunting those who are suitable for client vacancies.
  • Advertising and Marketing Vacancies: Create and place engaging job adverts across various channels, leveraging digital platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Interview and Selection Process: Manage the entire recruitment process, from receiving and reviewing applications to organising interviews, creating shortlists, and briefing candidates on job responsibilities and benefits.
  • Performance and Target Achievement: Work towards and exceed personalised KPIs and financial targets, taking full control over your earning potential and career progression.
