Role Overview: As a key member of our food and beverage team, our Wine Specialists play a vital role in delivering exceptional service within our dining and bar environments. Responsibilities: In the role of Wine Specialist, you will enhance your wine knowledge while actively engaging with guests during our lively restaurant service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Interacting with guests to recommend wine pairings from our traditional underground cellar.
• Providing expert suggestions to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Professional Development: Through on-the-job training, you will expand your understanding of both local and international wine brands, fostering relationships with existing and prospective suppliers. Additionally, you will have the chance to advance your qualifications in wine and spirits by enrolling in various educational courses.

Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar position is preferred, along with WSET or equivalent certifications.
