Job Title: Support Administrator

Utility Collections Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Administrator to join our Quality and Assurance department. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our debt recovery services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support, maintaining accurate account records and ensuring compliance with service requirements.
  • Conduct QA checks and audits of client accounts, capturing outcomes effectively on our CRM system.
  • Act as a contact point for external field agents, fielding queries from various internal and external channels.
  • Collate and distribute paperwork related to court and warrant applications, scheduling third-party suppliers, and coordinating diaries of field-based warrant officers.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, track accounts payable, and produce bespoke reports and statistical information.
  • Undertake other duties as requested, achieving management and client-led KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional administrative skills, with the ability to follow processes and deliver a high and consistent service.
  • Good work ethic, with the ability to work within defined timescales.
  • Ability to deliver accurate, factual information, and be well-presented and approachable.
  • Good communication and telephony skills, with a motivated attitude to plan and efficiently manage your workload.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to our custom-built CRM system.
  • Desire to truly enjoy your work and contribute to the success of our team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience within debt resolution and collections environments.
  • Experience within the utility industry.
