The Pre-Construction Project Manager will play a crucial role in the process of communication between Integra departments and clients, ensuring the successful construction and installation of modular buildings on clients' sites.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Traditional or modular construction industry Project Management experience
  • Experience of managing projects at pre-construction either solely or as part of a wider project management position
  • Experience of using MS Project
  • Good communication and customer-facing skills

The Pre-Construction Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Working with the business development team to propose solutions for strategic bids on turnkey and high-value projects
  • Liaising with clients during the bid stage to identify risks and plan mitigation
  • Supporting the technical team with technical queries during the bid stage
  • Planning and instigating project handover to factory build teams
  • Developing programmes of work using MS Project
  • Developing key relations with a range of clients
  • Working closely with internal departments, providing technical support, to ensure successful, profitable work is won and deliverable
