Job Title: Employment Law and Policy Manager

Bidvest Noonan is seeking an experienced Employment Law and Policy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for managing employee litigation, advising on employment law, and developing and implementing HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee litigation cases, including Employment Tribunal and WRC cases, and provide expert advice on employment law.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
  • Work closely with the Director of Employee Relations to develop and implement the individual case management strategy.
  • Provide training and support to line managers on employment law and HR policies.
  • Collaborate with the People Business Partner team to support the resolution of employee litigation cases.
  • Conduct regular case reviews with the ER Team to build capability and ensure credible ER advice.
Requirements:
  • Employment law Solicitor with a strong understanding of employment legislation.
  • Exceptional record of delivering against targets and experience of working in a shared services environment.
  • Excellent networking skills and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to establish credibility and influence at Operational level.
