The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management and delivery of projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing clear, timely, and accurate information, advice, and reports to the Commercial Team, external clients, and the Board.
- Supporting senior members of the team in the management and delivery of projects.
- Ensuring compliance with the company's quality assurance process on all projects.
- Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and quality.
- Working across multiple projects as required.
- Participating in relevant training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Demonstrating effective project management skills in all tasks.
- Minimum experience of 0 - 4 years in fit-out, refurbishment, building, or facilities maintenance sectors.
