Job Title: Accounts/Sales Executive

You will be responsible for selling a wide range of new and used vehicles, as well as upselling products and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to meet sales targets for new and used vehicles, including VAPs.
  2. Conduct thorough appraisals of every part exchange to ensure accurate valuations.
  3. Maintain the showroom and used displays to the required brand standard, ensuring a visually appealing environment for customers.
  4. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various sources, including prospecting for new and used car customers.
  5. Adhere to the sales process consistently and effectively.
  6. Ensure a smooth handover of sold vehicles to customers, providing a comprehensive briefing on the vehicle's operation and controls.
  7. Introduce customers to aftersales staff to facilitate a seamless customer experience.
  8. Maintain regular contact with customers to foster relationships and encourage repeat business.
  9. Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge of all products, accessories, prices, and key features of major competitors.
  10. Ensure accurate and comprehensive record-keeping of customer information, sales activities, and vehicle documentation.
  11. Participate in sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales penetration and contribute to on-site and off-site events.

Professionalism, self-motivation, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, as is a full driving license.
