Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to join our team at Perpetual Engineering Partnerships Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CDM Regulations and ISO9001, with experience in auditing and compliance management. You will be responsible for ensuring that our organization meets the highest standards of health and safety, environmental sustainability, and quality management.
This is an office-based role at our Head Office, with flexibility to work from home and cover sites across the UK. You will be involved in projects and maintenance contracts, including stadia, commercial offices, high-rise apartments, retail units, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage our HSEQ systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of HSEQ initiatives.
- Monitor and report on HSEQ performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HSEQ management, with a strong background in CDM Regulations and ISO9001.
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full driving license and CRB clearance.
