About the Role:

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Asbestos Surveyor Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting asbestos surveys, collecting samples, and providing technical advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys to identify asbestos-containing materials.
  • Collect and document findings using tablets, ensuring accurate and timely completion of work.
  • Participate in company training programs and uphold the company's Code of Conduct.
  • Ensure efficient delivery of work in line with company procedures and regulations.
  • Attend team meetings, complete reports, and review recommendations.
  • Conduct asbestos air testing and supervise removal projects, coordinating with clients and contractors.
  • Engage in quality control initiatives and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • BOHS P402: Asbestos Surveyors qualification (or equivalent).
  • BOHS P403, P404: Asbestos Analysts qualifications (or equivalent).
  • Prior experience in the asbestos industry is essential.
