About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior AI/ML Architect to join our Data Architecture and Platforms team at Haleon. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in developing scalable AI/ML solutions that align with our business objectives and strategic vision. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to foster innovation and continuously enhance our AI/ML capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Development: Translate business requirements and machine learning needs into efficient AI/ML solutions.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure that AI/ML solutions deliver measurable business impact and contribute to our overall goals.
  • Architecture Design and Management: Lead the design and management of a comprehensive AI/ML architecture.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work with the Principal AI/ML Architect to establish frameworks, design standards, and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively engage with various teams and partners to drive AI/ML initiatives forward.
  • Continuous Improvement: Focus on enhancing AI/ML capabilities, identifying areas for optimization, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Ensure seamless integration of AI/ML efforts with the broader enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML architecture, and a strong technical foundation in AI/ML technologies. Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a collaborative approach are essential for success in this role.
