The ideal candidate will have a high-level background in fine dining, with a passion for creative cooking and a proven track record of training junior chefs. You will be expected to work flexibly across all sections of the kitchen, with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and attention to detail.

Our restaurant offers a vibrant and dynamic work environment, with a menu that showcases Modern French and British cuisine. We source our ingredients from local suppliers, and our specials board changes daily to reflect the freshest ingredients available.

As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Head Chef in menu planning and kitchen operations
  • Leading a team of junior chefs and providing guidance and support
  • Ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • Managing kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock control
  • Collaborating with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service
