We are currently seeking a skilled Advanced Practitioner to join our team and work in a busy Urgent Care Centre in Sheffield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working autonomously to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing minor illness and injury care to patients of all ages
  • Prescribing medications as a V300 or PGD Prescriber
  • Working independently to manage patient care and make decisions

Requirements:

  • Minor Illness and/or Injury Training
  • V300 or PGD Prescribing Qualification
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
