Job Title: Field Operations Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Operations Executive to join our Road Freight team based in Wednesbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end control of all shipments coming in and out of the Wednesbury Depot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and update all bookings and paperwork
  • Work closely with a small team to ensure seamless logistics operations
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Requirements:

  • Transport/Road Freight experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

What We Offer:

  • Salary up to £19,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Opportunity to earn an additional bonus based on personal and company performance
  • Day shift hours (7am-4pm) with flexibility required
