Front of House Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that every customer has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding guest service and ensure that every customer feels welcome and valued.
  • Process guest orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist guests in choosing meals and drinks and provide additional up-sell information.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is clean and tidy, and that all guest areas are well-maintained.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
