Job Title: Key Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at The Growth Consultants. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts to ensure compliance with contractual commitments, including service level agreements (SLAs), commercial pricing, and negotiations.

Responsibilities:

* Manage customer accounts to ensure compliance with contractual commitments, including service level agreements (SLAs), commercial pricing, and negotiations.
* Develop customer accounts with a focus on cost efficiency and manage tender processes.
* Contribute to budgeting and margin analysis in conjunction with relevant departments and colleagues.
* Monitor the implementation of services according to specifications and develop KPI coordination within internal departments.
* Coordinate sub-contractor activities, including commercial proposals and negotiations.
* Construct and assist with the sales pricing for UK services.
* Manage tariff developments, including fuel, revisions, and new cost elements.
* Construct and manage the UK Development Budget in collaboration with the Head of Sales and other department leads.
* Participate in UK activity tenders and contribute to the development of internal data sharing and reporting of commercial activities.
* Implement competitive intelligence on the logistics market and identify potential markets and new products.
* Develop promotional materials in conjunction with UK personnel and the Group Marketing Manager.

Requirements:

* Experience working closely with customers to deliver service driven solutions
* Demonstrable track record of success in a sales or commercial management role within the services sector.
* Excellent financial acumen and experience with budgeting and margin analysis.
* Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with competitive market analysis.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills.

What We Offer:

* A basic salary between £45,000 and £55,000 DOE
