Position Overview

The West Area Team is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join the South Meirionnydd 1 Team, providing exceptional administrative support to enhance the operational efficiency of the department.

The successful candidate will assist the District Nursing Team in the daily management of administrative tasks, ensuring accurate, confidential, and effective support for all service users.

Welsh language proficiency is preferred for this role; however, applications from both Welsh and English speakers are encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Delivering secretarial assistance to the team, which encompasses filing, photocopying, and managing inquiries and correspondence from various stakeholders.
  • Conducting audits as required.
  • Providing support with the Civica system.
  • Assisting with general typing tasks.
  • Facilitating data entry, procurement of supplies, reporting, and training initiatives.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Strong educational background (GCSEs in Maths and English at grades A-C or equivalent).

Experience

  • Experience in a healthcare environment.
